If you are registered for vat and located outside the European Union, we can deduct the UK vat tax saving you over 20% off our listed prices! To qualify for vat exemption you must either:
Be a VAT registered business within the European Union (excluding the UK). The billing address must match the address where the VAT number is registered to. Or
Goods are to be shipped outside the European Union (eg; Norway, Switzerland)
How Does It Work In order to benefit from our VAT exempt prices, you must follow these steps:
VAT registered Businesses: You must create an account with us, and in doing so enter your VAT number in our automatic VAT number verifier, which will verify the number using the European "VIES VAT validation service".
Once verified, you account will now be enabled to allow you to purchase products excluding VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. Once registered, all future orders can be easily purchased without the need of re-entering your VAT number, however please note that you must be logged into you account in order for our prices to be VAT exempt.
Q:What if my VAT number was not recognised or accepted. A: Please ensure you have correctly selected the correct country code and correctly entered the number after the two letter country code. If this fails, then there could be a problem communicating with the "VIES VAT validation service", In this case, please contact our customer support for manual approval.
Q:I am a UK registered company, with a UK VAT number, can is still benefit from VAT exempt prices? A: No you cannot as we are located in the UK, we can only offer this to companies located outside UK territories.
Goods shipped outside the EU If you are wanting us to ship the goods outside the European Union eg; Switzerland, Norway, then simply ensure you select the delivery address as the country which you are wishing to ship to (outside the EU). All our website prices will then become exempt of VAT.
