Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the cancellation period.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product, via email.
To get your refund, just return the item to us, within the cancellation period. For details on how to do this, please see below.
Is your item faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer services team are here to help
We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement.

Returning an item
For all returns - Please let us have any original packaging and accessories and please package it all securely. The courier will not take any unboxed items.
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, or used more than reasonably expected.
Please contact us for return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these. ?
Return costs
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, you will be charged a collection cost for this.
You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange collection for you using our dedicated courier service.
Please contact us and we will advise you of the collection cost depending on the product and box dimension that you are wanting us to collect.
